Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your download and use of the Vizr application and the vizr.live website. By using Vizr, you agree to them.
1. The license you get
- Free version. You may download, install, and use Vizr's free features on Macs you own or control, for personal or commercial work, at no cost.
- Pro license. A Pro purchase grants you a personal, perpetual, non-transferable license to use all Vizr features, including Code Mode, on Macs you own or control. One license is intended for one person.
- Updates. Pro includes all updates to the current product. Your installed version never stops working, regardless of future releases.
2. What you may not do
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share your Pro license key.
- Remove or circumvent the license mechanism.
- Reverse-engineer the application except where law expressly permits.
- Use Vizr to violate any applicable law.
3. Your content is yours
Everything you create with Vizr — text, code, documents, ideas — belongs to you. Because generation happens locally on your device, we have no access to it and claim no rights over it. You are responsible for how you use generated output, including verifying its accuracy and ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.
4. AI-generated output
Vizr's output is produced by an AI model and may contain errors, omissions, or content that requires review. It is provided as a starting point, not professional advice. Always review generated code before deploying it and generated text before publishing it. Vizr is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or other professional counsel.
5. Third-party components
Vizr bundles or downloads open-source components, including a local AI runtime and open-weight AI models, which are governed by their own licenses. Purchases are processed by Gumroad under Gumroad's terms of service.
6. Warranty disclaimer
Vizr is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will meet your requirements.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to Vizr is limited to the amount you paid for it (or $0 for free users). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
8. Refunds
All Pro purchases are final and non-refundable — see the Refund Policy for details.
9. Termination
Your license terminates automatically if you materially breach these terms. Upon termination you must stop using Pro features, though nothing affects your ownership of content you created.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Vizr after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The current version will always be available at this page.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
