Refund Policy
The short version: All Pro purchases are final. We don't offer refunds — try the free version first, since it's the same engine, to make sure Vizr is right for you before you buy.
1. Try before you buy
Vizr's free version is fully functional (everything except Code Mode) with no time limit. We encourage you to use it for as long as you need before purchasing Pro — it's the best possible "trial," because it's the real product running on your own hardware.
2. No refunds
Because Vizr Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks a permanent license and the free version already lets you evaluate the full product experience beforehand, all Pro purchases are final and non-refundable. This applies regardless of how much you've used the license.
3. Hardware compatibility
Before purchasing, please confirm your device meets the minimum requirements (Apple Silicon Mac, M1 or later, or a 64-bit Windows 10+ PC, each with 8GB of memory). We're happy to help you check compatibility before you buy — contact us through vizr.live with any questions.
4. Billing issues
If you were charged in error, charged more than once for the same license, or believe there's a genuine billing mistake, contact us through vizr.live and we'll look into it. This policy covers billing errors, not change-of-mind requests.
